Project experience includes commercial, residential, educational and federal designs with projects throughout the Southeast including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Clay has helped multiple companies create and implement Civil 3D design standards and taught classes on advanced Civil 3D concepts. Clay has the technical expertise and a unique 3D design approach to help expedite and add value to projects.

Tripp West has over 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in the Lowcountry and throughout South Carolina. Tripp has led, managed, and served on project teams for a variety of land development, water resources, and transportation projects for both public and private clients. His experience includes master planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, site and utility design, pump station design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, permitting, and construction administration and observation.

Joe Willson, PE
Construction Engineer
Joe's Bio
Joe Willson has over 45 years of Civil and Environmental Engineering planning, designing, bidding and construction oversight experience with multiple types of projects including: site and subdivision development and redevelopment, surveying, roadways, highways, water and sanitary sewer pipelines and pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment units and facilities, storm sewer pipelines and pumping stations, stormwater sampling and cleanup control implementation, groundwater and soil treatment and disposal, landfills, and site certifications of successful cleanup. The project clients included towns, counties, cities/municipalities, states, and the federal government (primarily military), private corporations, church entities and individuals. Joe has the experience and expertise to carry projects from planning and design through to completion, including permit work and construction oversight and administration.

Ethan Tanner is a current student at Cedarville University, majoring in Civil Engineering with a Bible minor. His favorite classes are Civil Engineering Materials, Hydraulics, and Surveying. He plans to graduate in May of 2025. After graduation, Ethan plans to complete the requirements to become a licensed Civil Engineer and work full-time in the site development side of Civil Engineering.
